Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the Company From the Register

Notice is given that I, Gerald Robert Noble, a shareholder of City TV Limited, intend to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The request will be made on the grounds that the company has never carried on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
