Notice is hereby given under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that the director of the above company will request that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in part and that no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar, Companies Office, Private Bag 4714, Christchurch, on or before Friday, the 12th day of March 1999.

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned applicants, being all the shareholders of the company, that they propose to make application to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Fred Tate Limited, whose registered office is situated at 43 Peel Street, Gisborne, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

On the 28th day of January 1999 the Registrar of Companies gave notice of his intention to remove Maersk New Zealand Limited from the Companies Register.

This notice was given as the result of an administrative error.

Maersk New Zealand Limited confirms that it will not be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register. Creditors and customers of Maersk New Zealand Limited can be assured that business will continue as usual.
