Upon amalgamation, the amalgamated company will change its name to Global Power Group Limited.

The date of the proposed amalgamation is the 20th day of November 1999, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either Global Worm Management Limited or Power Organics Limited, or any person to whom either Global Worm Management Limited or Power Organics Limited is under an obligation at the following registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
