Notice of Intention to Remove

Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Khandallah Cellars Limited (in liquidation) and Trail-Link (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) (“the companies”), which have their registered offices at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.
