I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby authorise you,

to publicly read, pursuant to section 18 (3) (b) of the Constitution Act 1986, a Proclamation dissolving the Parliament of New Zealand dated Monday, the 18th day of October 1999.
