Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 23A/399, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 33A/144, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
