Prohibition From Prescribing Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of Class B controlled drugs by Dr Ngaamo Russell Thomson, medical practitioner of Te Kuiti.

Notice of Product Ruling

This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
Product ruling No. 99/18 was issued on 10 September 1999. It relates to the demutualisation of Tower Corporation (now Tower Limited), and various sections of the Income Tax Act 1994. It will appear in Tax Information Bulletin Vol. 11, No. 9 of October 1999.
