Take notice that by orders of the High Court dated the 13th day of September 1999, it was ordered:

1. That Lyall Edward Williams be prohibited from:
   (a) Entering into or carrying on any business or class of business, either alone or in partnership with any person; or
   (b) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of, any of the following persons, namely, his wife, a lineal ancestor or descendant of the bankrupt, the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant, a brother of the bankrupt, the wife or husband of such a brother, a sister of the bankrupt, and the husband of such a sister;
   (c) Acting as a director or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or class of company.

   for a period of five (5) years from the date on which Lyall Edward Williams is discharged from his bankruptcy (7th day of October 1999).

2. Reserving leave for Lyall Edward Williams to apply to this Court at any time within the five (5) year period for leave to do any of the things from which he is prohibited by order 1 above.

3. That these orders be advertised by the official assignee by placing one advertisement in:
   (a) The New Zealand Gazette; and
   (b) The Waikato Times newspaper.
