Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Notice of Review of Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Plasterboard From Thailand
Pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a review of the imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.

Description of Goods
Standard plasterboard with dimensions of a thickness falling between 8.75 mm to 10.25 mm and of any length or width.
The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 6809.11.00 10D of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
