Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register

Public notice is given that pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 the Registrar of Companies must remove Turangi Sawmill Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office was situated at Dekker Drive, Turangi, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 12th day of November 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

Capital contribution: Nil.

Special Partners—The names, addresses and capital contributions of the special partners are set out in the Schedule attached to this certificate.

Partnership Business—To continue and carry on in New Zealand and elsewhere the business of forestry and to undertake or carry on any other activity or business ancillary or incidental thereto.

Principal Place of Business—The registered office of the general partner, Level 27, 151 Queen Street, Auckland.

Term of the Partnership—The term of the partnership has been extended from 11 September 1999 and shall now end upon the sooner to occur of the registration of a certificate of dissolution pursuant to section 62 of the Act or the expiration of 7 years from 11 September 1999 or, if the term of the partnership shall have been extended in accordance with sections 57 and 58 of the Act, then the expiration of the extended term.
