Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eighteen, Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland, were appointed receivers of Fighter Trainers Limited (in receivership) on the 24th day of September 1999, under the terms of a debenture.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking and assets.
