On the 12th day of August 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Anthony Rex Powell of Unit 5, 15 Dawson Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 12 August 1999, following his conviction on 12 August 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified (third or subsequent offence), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. L. Rota, has ordered that a

Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registration No. UB 1353

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Anthony Rex Powell, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 21st day of September 1999.

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give the following notice.

1. The Hospital Schools Board of Trustees Notice 1999 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 September 1999, No. 133 on page 3201 is hereby amended by omitting the references “Auckland Hospital School and Middlemore Hospital School” in the Schedule and substituting the reference “Northern Regional Health School”.

2. This notice shall come into force on 1 February 2000.
