Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to be the Manager of Property Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V

Pursuant to section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that:

1. Darfield Panel Repairs, formerly of Horndon Street, Darfield, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto has ceased business and after due enquiry, it is not known whether any agent or administrator in New Zealand has authority to take possession of and administer the property.

2. By this notice, the Public Trustee has elected to be manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.
