Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for motorway purposes, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 87, Tiroiti—Dunedin City

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) areas 1, 2 and 3, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10D/941;

(ii) areas 4 and 5, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 146/59, subject to mortgage 957337.3;

(iii) areas 6, 7 and 9, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10D/939;

(iv) area 8, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10D/77; and

(v) area 10, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 304/15, subject to mortgage 957337.3.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1), and further declares:

(i) areas 1 and 3, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10D/941; and

(ii) areas 2 and 4, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 146/59, subject to mortgage 957337.3.
