Hospital Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 1999

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice shall be cited as the Hospital Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 1999. This notice shall take effect the day after the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Hospital Schools listed in the Schedule to this notice shall have Boards of Trustees constituted as follows:

– the principal of the school;
– 2 representatives appointed by the appropriate Hospital Health Service;
– 1 staff member elected by and from the staff of the school;
– up to 5 persons appointed by the Minister of Education as the Minister considers appropriate;
– up to 4 members co-opted by the board.
