Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

On the 14th day of September 1999, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Image Manufacturing Limited (in liquidation) and Image Seafoods Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald of Te Puke, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidations commenced on the 14th day of September 1999.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above companies which are being liquidated, does hereby fix the 14th day of October 1999, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
