ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited on the 13th day of September 1999, appointed Kerryn Mark Downey and David Carlyle Hayde, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Sintel Com Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of October 1997, which property consists of all real property, fixtures, fittings, plant and machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, data, software, securities, choses in action, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, goodwill and all other assets.
