I, Peter Clayton of Dannevirke, being a Director of CANPOWER LIMITED, solemnly and sincerely declare that having made all reasonable enquiry, to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a true copy of information made available to the public under the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
