Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Revocation of Notice of Acceptance of Undertaking in Respect of Alloy Wheels From Australia
The Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice, in relation to an undertaking in respect of alloy wheels from Australia accepted under the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”).

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Revocation of Notice of Acceptance of Undertaking in Respect of Alloy Wheels From Australia.

Revocation of notice imposing undertaking—The notice dated 25 August 1994, “Review of Undertaking in Respect of Alloy Wheels From Australia”, and notice dated 18 March 1991, “Acceptance of Undertakings and Termination of Investigation in Respect of Alloy Wheels From Australia” (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”) are hereby revoked.

Reason for revocation—The reason for the revocation of the principal notice (and review notice) is, in accordance with section 15(8) of the Act, that the undertaking applying to any goods ceased to remain in force on those goods from the 25th day of August 1999, which is 5 years after the date of the review, in relation to alloy wheels from Australia.
