Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation for a Government purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule below.

Revocation of a Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reserve for road purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Horowhenua District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
