Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to, in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, to the Registrar.

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 318 (1), (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned applicants in accordance with section 320 of the Act, being all the shareholders of the company, that they propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Act, for the removal of G. & L.
