Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Essex Enterprises Limited (in liquidation), Performance Sales Limited (in liquidation), Computune Limited (in liquidation) and Unity Mutual Financial Services Limited (in liquidation) (“the companies”), which have their registered offices at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statements and reports, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of B and R Lindsay Limited, whose registered office is situated at 21 Bayview Road, Browns Bay, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
