Road Realignment in the District of Waitaki

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in Waitaki District Council on the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/311.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17B/498.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/1109.

(iv) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17B/1195.

(v) The area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11A/963.

(vi) The area described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17B/331.
