Land Acquired for Education Purposes—

32 Fairfax Street, Murchison Nelson

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in the District of Ruapehu (Pipiriki Raetihi Road)

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Ruapehu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 44A/769.

(ii) The land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11A/187, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 525279.1.

(iii) The land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 30D/914, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 190974.2.

(i) The land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 30D/913, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 104102.6.

(ii) The land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 44A/769.

(iii) The land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11A/187, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 525279.1.
