Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Jack Elder, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Ricci Remond Chocolate Co Pty Limited, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme, to promote the sale of the Rad and Trixie Rarebit.

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) Ricci Remond Chocolate Co Pty Limited shall not conduct the sales promotion scheme in New Zealand after 24 May 2000;

(2) The results of the sales promotion scheme shall be published in the New Zealand Sunday Star Times on 1 June 2000;
Winners will be notified by certified mail;

(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any extra cost when they claim their prizes;

(4) The chance of a New Zealand participant winning a prize shall be equal to that of an overseas participant.

Local Government (Waikato District and Hamilton City) Boundary Alteration Notice 1999

Pursuant to section 37P (2) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Local Government (Waikato District and Hamilton City) Boundary Alteration Notice 1999.

2. Boundary alteration—The boundaries of Waikato District and Hamilton City are altered by excluding the area described in the Schedule to this notice from Waikato District and including it in Hamilton City.

3. Wards—The area described in the Schedule to this notice shall cease to form part of the Newcastle Ward of Waikato District and shall form part of the West Ward of Hamilton City.
