Road Realignment — Blair Street, Washdyke, Timaru

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Timaru District Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and 120 (3), as severance, and vest in The Timaru District Council as civic beautification purposes by amalgamating with the land comprised in GN 404139.1.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), 117 (7) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vest in The Timaru District Council as civic beautification purposes by amalgamating with the land comprised in GN 404139.1.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip).
