Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the Tasman District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule has been transferred to the Crown by The Tasman District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, the land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
