On the 11th day of January 1999 at the District Court at Hamilton, Anthony James Hill of 874 Arapuni Road, Te Awamutu, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 11 January 1999, following his conviction on 11 January 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett has ordered that a

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Land Court and Maori Appellate Court will be held during the year 1 January 1999 to 31 December 1999 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.
