Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

CRN: 8039005394

On the 15th day of December 1998 at the District Court at Morrinsville, Lyall Bruce Herbert of Matamata Motor Cycles, Firth Street, Matamata, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely from 15 December 1998, following his conviction on 15 December 1998, for an offence of excess breath alcohol.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear, has ordered that a

1984 Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registered No. ON 8320

owned by the above-mentioned defendant Lyall Bruce Herbert, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is not to be removed from 805 Old Te Aroha Road, Te Aroha, except by a Court officer or an agent thereof.

On the 15th day of December 1998 at the District Court at Morrinsville, Mr Tua Thompson of 23 Kutia Road, Waharoa, was convicted and fined and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 15 December 1998, following his conviction on 15 December 1998, for an offence of excess breath alcohol.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear, has ordered that a

1981 Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registered No. KD 9414

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Mr Tua Thompson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is not to be removed from 23 Kutia Road, Waharoa, except by a Court officer or an agent thereof.
