Pursuant to Section 15 (c) (v) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

I hereby give notice that on 17 December 1998 I registered an instrument of dissolution of ATTA TAXI SOCIETY LIMITED I.&P.S. AK. 221313.

Unless, within 3 months from the date of publication of this advertisement, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society under the above section, and such dissolution is set aside, the society shall be legally dissolved from such date of publication.

Notice of any such proceeding is to be sent to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, Level 5, District Court Building, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland 1 (Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre), not less than 7 days before such proceeding is commenced.
