Auto Performance Limited. Applicant: A. and V. Farr, 27 Roxburgh Street, Timaru.
The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the companies to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.

Advertisement of Application for Order
Take notice that on the 2nd day of December 1998, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Pacific Development & Investment Corporation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The order sought is an order:
(a) Requiring the defendant company or its directors to acquire the plaintiff’s shares and those of any other minority shareholders who support the making of this order; and
(b) Requiring the defendant company or its directors to pay compensation to the plaintiff and any minority shareholders who support the making of this order; and
(c) Regulating the future conduct of the defendant company’s affairs; and
(d) Altering and adding to the defendant company’s constitution; and
(e) Directing the rectification of the records of the defendant company; and
(f) Setting aside actions taken by the defendant company or the board in breach of the Companies Act 1993, and the constitution of the company.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of January 1999 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Colin Derek Churchouse, company director of Auckland, whose address for service is the offices of Rutherford & Company, Solicitors, at 183 Hereford Street (P.O. Box 1959), Christchurch, or by facsimile: (03) 366 2660.

Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
The above companies hereby give notice that in not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Atholea Properties Limited.
Any member or creditor of any of the above companies or to any person to whom any of the above companies is obligated:
—may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies as follows:

Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that McAra Air Conditioning Limited and Air Con Electrical Limited amalgamate under section 220 of the Companies Act 1993.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the following address during the normal business hours:

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either amalgamating company.
