Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 15th day of December 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tillett Properties Limited be liquidated and that Barry Thomas Swaney, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 1998.
