Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar will be removing the following companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 231 of the Companies Act 1955 to the Registrar.
