Notice of Disclaimer

In the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955,
and in the matter of Birch Hill Farm Limited:

Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bolland, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in certain funds held in the WG Broadbent & Co Solicitors trust account currently estimated at one thousand, three hundred and seventy-nine dollars and sixty-six cents ($1,379.66), being the premium interest paid by Birch Hill Farm Limited to WG Broadbent and Company Nominees Limited on repayment of a loan secured by a mortgage, but later refunded to Birch Hill Farm Limited.

And I certify that the vesting of the said funds did not come to my notice until the 29th day of June 1998.

Directions to Licensed Casino Operators — Internal Controls, and Administrative and Accounting Procedures — Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to section 70 (1) of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority hereby gives the following directions:

The directions dated 17 May 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 June 1996 are hereby amended by deleting all references to Harrah’s New Zealand Inc., and substituting references to Sky City Casino Management Limited.
The said directions, as amended, are given to Sky City Casino Management Limited.
These directions shall come into force on 1 July 1998.
