Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Sections 104dd and 104EE of the Property Law Act 1952

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June 1998, Reginald Mabin Hall and Elizabeth Barbara Cotton, solicitors, both of Dunedin, were appointed as receivers of income by Hall Cotton Solicitors Nominee Limited, the mortgagee under mortgage No. 917064 (Otago Registry) given by Stewart Bawden Curson as mortgagor.

Pursuant to that appointment the receivers have on the 3rd day of July 1998 first received income from the mortgaged property situated at the corner of Anzac Avenue and Awatea Street, Dunedin, being legally described as sections 86–92 (inclusive) and part Section 93, Block LXXVI, Town of Dunedin, comprised in lease 684501 being part certificate of title 404/192 (Otago Registry).

Pursuant to Sections 104dd and 104EE of the Property Law Act 1952
