Notice of Amalgamation of Companies

Notice is given, pursuant to section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company proposes to amalgamate with Abtec New Zealand Limited.

The amalgamated company will be called Abtec Installations Limited and will carry on the previous activities of both companies.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection at the offices of Kensington Swan, Level Three, 89 The Terrace, Wellington, during normal business hours,

by any member or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation.

Upon request by any member or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation, a copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied free of charge.
