On the 7th day of July 1998, Foodstuffs (Auckland) Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 12th day of November 1993 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 22nd day of November 1993, issued to it by Waiheke Supermarket Limited ("the company") appointed Lyall Walton Brown and John David Mercer, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.

Timothy James Reid and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Wellington and Feilding respectively, were appointed receivers of Copy Corp (Palmerston North) Limited (in liquidation) on the 30th day of June 1998 under the terms of a debenture dated the 22nd day of February 1993, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
