Tower Corporation
To All Policyholders of TOWER
Do you have a current life insurance, disability insurance, annuity or superannuation policy with any of the following companies?:
- Tower Corporation (formerly the Government Life Insurance Office).
- Tower Retirement Investment Limited.
- Tower Life Limited.
- National Insurance Life & Health Limited (formerly National Insurance Life Limited).
- Tower Group Services Limited.
- Tower Life Australasia Limited (formerly Friends Provident Life Office, Friends Provident Life Assurance Company Limited and Adriatic Life Limited).

Members should have recently received a “confirmation pack” asking them to verify their details in connection with the proposed demutualisation and listing of Tower Corporation.
The pack is part of a process to ensure that all parties who may be entitled to receive shares in the demutualised company are located and their potential entitlements checked.
If you think you may hold one of these policies but did not receive a pack, please telephone 0800 TOWER 4U (0800 869 3748) in New Zealand or 1800 144 828 in Australia as soon as possible.
You will then be sent a pack if you are an eligible member.
This will ensure that you receive details of the proposed demutualisation and listing, the general meeting of members to decide the matter and of any entitlements to shares which you may have.
MARK NGAN KEE, Company Secretary.
