Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hardware Manufacturing Company Limited:

Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bolland, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in all that property being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one .three one two six hectares (1.3126 ha) more or less situate in Auckland City, being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 399, being part Allotment 5, Parish of Titirangi, and described in certificate of title 4B/397, North Auckland Land Registry being properties formerly held by Hardware Manufacturing Company Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 24 May 1994 and formerly having its registered office at Avondale, Auckland.

And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until the 27th day of May 1998.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Vehicle Mounted Signs Used With Respect to the Movement of Overdimension Vehicles and Loads

Pursuant to regulation 129 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and by way of a subdelegation from the Director of Land Transport Safety dated 18 December 1996, I, Wayne Robert Pettersson, Senior Engineer, authorise the erection, installation and maintenance of vehicle mounted traffic signs, as described in Schedule 2 below, to the vehicles specified in Schedule 1 below.

Schedule 1

Overdimension vehicles covered by any operating requirements, general permits or any specific or special overdimension permits set by the Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA).
A vehicle that precedes or follows a vehicle operating under any of the above requirements or permits for the purpose of warning other traffic of the presence of an overdimension vehicle.

Schedule 2

In this Schedule:

All measurements are shown in millimetres.
The letter “(r)” after a colour indicates that the colour should be made of retro-reflective material to the colour and class specified in any general permit, operating requirement, specific permit or special permit issued by the LTSA.
The size of lettering is shown by two figures separated by a diagonal slash – the first figure shows the letter height in millimetres and the second the stroke width in millimetres.
The dimensions of signs are minima and may be larger with dimensions increased approximately in proportion.

This sign may be split into two parts, in which case the word OVER must be on one part and the word SIZE on the other part and the combined length of its parts must be at least 1100 mm.
