On the 8th day of May 1998, at the District Court at Hamilton, Jacqueline Mary Cootes of 19 Croall Crescent, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 1 month’s imprisonment followed by 9 months’ supervision following her conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a

Honda Accord, registration No. LR 1102

owned by the above-mentioned defendant Jacqueline Mary Cootes, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
