Land Transfer Act Notice

(1) Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with production of the certificate of title 40D/529 for the deposit of Plan 185762 and the issuing of certificates of title for Lots 1 and 3 on the said plan whereby Lee Gordon Exler and Darryon Anne Edmunds are the registered proprietors.

(2) Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with production of the lease 980902.2 for the surrender of same and the issuing of the certificate of title for Flat 2, Deposited Plan 187690, whereby Robert John Scott and Carmel Yvette Murphy are the registered proprietors.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
