Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On the 29th day of June 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Body Beautiful Limited be liquidated and that Peter Robert Bullen and Martin Quinton Fine of DrewBullen, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of June 1998.
