Advertisement of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the Wellington Municipal Employees’ Benefit Society, unless within 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.

Newmarket Workingmen’s Club

Cancellation of Registration

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (c) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on 23 June 1998, cancelled the registration of Newmarket Workingmen’s Club.

The reasons for the cancellation are that the club has failed to file annual returns and audited financial statements as required under the Act.
