We, Paul Francis Lynskey and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Richmond Station Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 22nd day of June 1998, the date that the liquidation commenced.

We advise that the directors have passed a resolution stating that in their view the company had a surplus of assets over liabilities and was able to pay all its debts at the date of our appointment.
