On the 15th day of June 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Stable Holdings Limited (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard John Sissons of Christchurch be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
