Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 (Lumsden—Dipton Highway) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and for Addition to Paritutu Centennial park, Centennial Drive, New Plymouth

Pursuant to sections 114 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road. The land firstly and secondly described shall vest, and the land thirdly described shall remain vested in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for severance and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council upon trust as a reserve for recreation purposes, to the intent that such piece of land be added to and form part of the Paritutu Centennial Park.
