Notice is given of the intention to remove Maryland Gardens Limited (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257 (1) (a).
Any objection to the intended removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

The principal place at which the business of the special partnership will be conducted is the registered office for the time being of St John Property Investment Limited, which at the date of registration of this certificate is Level Eight, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, 55–65 Shortland Street, Auckland.

The special partnership commenced upon registration of the first certificate of special partnership, pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908, and subject to the provisions of the partnership deed relating to earlier dissolutions shall terminate upon the expiry of 7 years from the date of registration of the aforesaid first certificate of special partnership.
