Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice, dated the 13th day of February 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated the 19th day of February 1998, No. 28, page 640, declaring land taken for road, road stopped and severance taken in the Clutha District, by omitting from the Third Schedule reference to “S.O. Plan 23088” and replacing it with “S.O. Plan 21474”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice, dated the 22nd day of November 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated the 5th day of December 1996, No. 176, at page 4646, declaring easements acquired for hydro electric power generation in the City of Dunedin, by omitting the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules.
