Stephen John Tubbs and Guy Patrick Pierce, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed receivers of City Self Storage Limited on the 29th day of May 1998, by Countrywide Bank under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
