Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 11th day of May 1998, at the District Court at Hamilton, Tumakere Shaun Wheki of 806 Orepunga Road, R.D. 2, Cambridge, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment followed upon release to a period of 9 months supervision following his conviction on charges of driving while disqualified, having previously been disqualified (3), entering with intent, receiving.

And in addition to the above mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett has ordered that a

Honda Accord, registration No. KJ 1659

owned by the above mentioned Tumakere Shaun Wheki, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 pm on the 11th day of May 1998.
